What does IT Enabled do?

How much does it cost to work with IT Enabled?

Does IT Enabled markup equipment or application subscriptions?

We’ll never markup equipment, resell services or increase application costs.  In fact, our goal as your business partner is to proactively find ways to drive down IT costs while effectively supporting the technology that helps run your business.

Do I have to have a monthly agreement to work with IT Enabled?

IT Enabled partners agree to do business with us for a set term that makes sense to the business.

 

As a managed services partner, we take on the burden of hiring and training technical staff in all areas of cybersecurity, network and server support, troubleshooting, business phone systems, and help desk support.

In order to effectively manage customer expectations, we estimate the amount of time each organization will need each month and provide a dream team of experts to handle those issues.

How does the switch from my other provider work?

We make it as easy as A-B-C.  We will assess your current IT infrastructure, build you a game plan for conversion and coordinate all aspects of the change.

 

Once on board, your organization will receive top notch technical support and access to our teams of experts to help with to help you maneuver through your IT pain points.

How long does onboarding take?

That largely depends on you. We will work as fast or as slowly as you are comfortable.  We’re here to help you organize your infrastructure in a way that meets your business needs and goals.

Will we experience downtime switching to IT Enabled?

You will not experience any extended downtime when switching to IT Enabled. Any brief downtime as the result of updating systems or installing our management tools (typically as simple as a reboot) will be coordinated to happen after hours at a time appropriate for you. Even when switching services, we build redundancy into your network in order to minimize down time during change overs.

Will you help me with my personal devices?

As a managed services customer, we will provide you assistance as needed with your personal devices.  This benefit is not available to the general public.

How do you handle remote locations and workers?

We handle remote locations and workers as conveniently as we handle your main office.   All of your employees have access to 24/7 support
